This regulation requires you to have a designated local contact available 24/7 to respond to complaints regarding your short-term rental property. With Your Handy Neighbors 24/7 Emergency Contact Subscription your Grand County rental can be reached within the required timeframe.
What Does This Mean to You?
In Grand County, short-term rental properties are required to have two “Local Emergency Contacts” available 24/7 to respond to complaints. You must have two Grand County Residents listed on your Short Term Rental License Application who can respond within 30 mins to your property

Our subscription also includes 24/7 access to our Handyman service, our supply warehouse and our guest hospitality service.
