Who we are
We live here.
We are Sarah and Rodney, with 25+ years in Grand County.
Grand County works a little differently, and we help owners through the local details. When a job needs a specialist, we call trades we already know and troubleshoot first, so they arrive with the right parts.
- We know your property. Shutoffs, access instructions and property information are on file before you need them.
- Parts on the shelf. Common repair parts and supplies are kept at our shop in Granby, subject to what’s in stock.
- Trades we already know. We have working relationships with the local vendors Grand County properties need.
We stay small on purpose, which keeps costs down.

Local support for your home when you can’t be local.
A monthly membership. We learn your property first, so when you call, we already know the house. We think ahead to the season: what freezes, what drifts, what sits empty and what should be handled before the next stay.

Hospitality is part of the job.
When a cleaner no-showed on a check-in day, we brought fresh linens, helped finish the turn and gave the guests a gift card for dinner in town while the house was finished.
The guest does not care whose fault it was. They care whether someone takes responsibility and works out what is possible.
