Your Handy Neighbors serves property owners who are often managing a home from hundreds of miles away, sometimes in a hurry, sometimes on a phone with bad signal. A website that is hard to use is a real problem for real people, and we would rather hear about it than not.

What we are aiming for

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are not there yet, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.

If something does not work for you

Tell us and we will fix it — and in the meantime we will get you the information another way. There is no form to fill out.

Please tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days.
