Neighbor On Call
Start with the property.
This short application gives us the basics we need to decide whether the property is a good fit for Neighbor On Call and what needs to happen next.
1
Apply
Tell us where the property is, how it is used and how to reach you. The form takes about five minutes.
2
Review + Confirm Terms
We review the property, confirm fit, identify any conditions, and send the agreement and payment setup only after the terms are clear.
3
Property Setup
We collect the operating information, verify the property onsite, and build the Property Record we will use going forward.
4
Activate
Once the required setup, access, agreement, payment and any applicable local-contact steps are complete, we confirm the effective date and activate the membership.
What to expect before you apply
Neighbor On Call starts at $100/month. Travel Activation, field work, repairs, materials, vendor access and project coordination are separate when used. We are not full-service property management.
The application
Tell us about the property
No payment is due with the application. We review the property first, then confirm fit, pricing and next steps before anything is activated.
Rather talk it through first? Call or text 970-531-1990.
What happens next
We review the property before we commit to it.
We keep the membership deliberately small enough that the properties we accept are properties we can actually support. After we review the application, we may approve it, approve it with a condition, ask for more information, or tell you clearly that the property is not a fit.
If we move forward, we confirm the membership terms and Property Setup scope before sending the agreement and payment setup. Signing or paying alone does not make the property active. Activation happens only after the required setup and readiness steps are complete.
If your primary need is STR permit compliance, the same Neighbor On Call membership can also support the local emergency-contact relationship where the jurisdiction allows it. We confirm what your jurisdiction requires during setup. You file with the jurisdiction; we do not file on your behalf.
