Living room with a built-in sectional, orange pillows and mountain wall art in a Grand County home.

Home Watch · Grand County, Colorado

Home Watch visits for Grand County homes while you are away.

We visit the property, walk it against a checklist you help set, and send you photos and notes after each visit. We think ahead to the season: what freezes, what drifts, what sits empty and what should be handled before the next stay.

  • Grand County only
  • Starts with a Property Setup

Each visit

What we check

Rubber washing machine supply hoses on laundry valves, one bulging near the fitting.

Inside

Leaks and water stains, heat holding, odd smells, pests, and anything that changed since the last visit.

Above-ground propane tank beside a home.

Outside

Doors and windows, roof and gutters, snow and ice, propane level and driveway access.

Radiant heat manifold and copper piping on a mechanical room wall.

Systems

Mechanical room, water shutoff, well and septic where they apply, and filters.

Timing

When owners ask for a visit

Deep snow in a mountain valley under a blue sky.

After weather

A cold snap, wind or heavy snow.

A smart lock beside a green cabin door.

Before you arrive

So the house is ready when you get there.

Renovated bedroom with two beds, exposed beams and a mountain-pattern accent wall.

After guests leave

So you know what condition it is in.

Snowy mountain range seen through bare aspens.

On a schedule

Weekly, monthly or seasonal, whatever fits the house.

Before the first visit

It starts with a Property Setup

Before the first visit, we walk the property and record the systems, shutoffs, access, vendors and what normal looks like. Every visit after that is checked against that record.

Laundry room with a labeled water meter access door and the washer supply valves, recorded as part of a home's setup.

Caught early

Small things we fixed while we were already there

We found these while we were at the property for another reason or on a walkthrough. We fixed them before they turned into a bigger repair or a guest complaint.

No surprises

Plain terms

Priced by the visit. The price depends on the property and what you want checked. No monthly plan required.

Membership not required. Home Watch works on its own. Neighbor On Call members use it too.

Not property management. No bookings, guest messaging, pricing or listings. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing and gas line work goes to a licensed trade. We coordinate that work.

What a visit covers. A visit records what we can see and reach that day. It does not diagnose hidden problems.
